At Nurse Hangout, we bring together two groups of nurses who’s needs and interests overlap. The first group we bring together are stressed-out nurses who want to chill out,  have fun and recharge in after their shift. We also bring together nurses who are exploring career and side hustle money making opportunities. We meet up to share crazy work stories, attend parties, events, share strategies, take on challenges, gain insights, celebrate milestones together, and learn from each others experiences. It is designed to be a relaxed setting where nurses can just be themselves. It also fills a gap where great ideas to improve nursing have been lost in a shuffle of hundreds of book pages or burried deep in a long podcast that was overlooked. Now with Nurse Hangout, nurses can easily share ideas through their dedicated profile page and even sell their works in the Marketplace. 

The Nurse Hangout virtual space is organized into two main spaces called the Chill Space and the Explore Space. When you are stressed out after work, just want a laugh, chill out with good company and get a recharge, go to the Chill Space. The Chill Space is where themed virtual and holiday parties and social livestream events take place. The Explore Space is where to how when you want to check out new work ideas like strike and travel nursing, advanced practice careers, combination careers such as being a nurse economist or nurse attorney, find out about hot money making side hustles, join a nurse ecosystem in the marketplace or develop your innovation skills. Learning events are also held at the Explore Space.
